US police seize merchandise “enough to kill 12 million people”

On Friday, a US court charged a drug dealer with several charges after he was seized with a large amount of the deadly drug “fentanyl”, amid estimates that it would be enough to kill 12 million people.

According to the Daily Mail, the 60-year-old man from California has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell it, and faces a maximum prison sentence of 6 years and 8 months.

California Highway Police seized 4 kilograms of the deadly drug “fentanyl” from the suspect’s car during a search.
When searching in the detainee’s house, more than 20 kilograms of the drug were found, along with pills worth $250,000, and 122 grams of “meth vitamin.”

Experts explain that the lethal dose of the drug “Fentanyl” does not exceed two milligrams, which means that it is very dangerous.

The California attorney general said it was unacceptable to have a sentence of a few years for someone with the power to kill 12 million people.
Data indicate that the deadly drug has killed 100,000 Americans over the past year, amid calls to tighten the grip on those who trade in the very dangerous substance.
