A young Australian man recently broke the record for the most push-ups in an hour.
And Daniel Scully, who previously set a Guinness record with the “plank” exercise, was able to perform 3,182 push-ups in one hour.
And the UPI news agency quoted the Guinness World Records as saying that Scully beat Garad Young, the previous record holder, by 100 push-ups.
Scully said in an interview with “Guinness”, that his attachment to push-ups came after he had a rare complex zoster pain syndrome, after he broke his arm at the age of twelve.
Speaking about his suffering from the disease, Scully said: “The brain sends wrong messages to my arm, the affected area. So anything like soft touch, movements, wind or water causes me pain.”
