A researcher in international relations, d. Wassim Bazzi, the statements of the Secretary-General of NATO, in which he expressed his confidence that the Ukraine crisis will end through dialogue, indicate that the logic of confrontation, led by America, NATO and some European countries against Russia, has reached a dead end.
In the context of his speech, the researcher added that Russia, in the past two months, has succeeded in recycling the battle, and this was evident in the Ukrainian president’s acknowledgment of the depletion of Ukrainian military capabilities, and Russia’s ability to target all weapons that come to Ukraine through the West.
Bazzi stressed that talking about the importance of dialogue with Moscow is an expression of the regressive path and the reality of the balance of power that is heading in Russia’s favor.
On the issue of Finland and Sweden’s accession to NATO, Bazzi explained that it seems that the two countries have discovered their unwillingness to bear the consequences of joining NATO, because this will make them on the side of the enemies that harm Russian national security, which makes dealing with them different.
