To face the high prices … alternatives to fish “lower prices”

Food commodities in general are witnessing successive waves of price hikes, in light of a global inflation crisis, which makes maintaining an integrated food system a major challenge.
The “Consulto” website presented a number of foods that are less expensive than fish and can compensate for the potential nutritional value lost by not eating fish due to high prices.
chickpeas
It contains fiber, protein and omega-3, along with many important minerals, and it is recommended to eat it for dinner, by boiling chickpeas and grinding them well, adding lemon to it, and eating it with bread.
cottage cheese
It contains a high percentage of proteins and calcium, along with vitamins and minerals necessary for a healthy body. Cottage cheese is suitable for breakfast or dinner with whole wheat bread, or added to salads.
Linum seed
It contains omega-3 and omega-6, magnesium and fiber, all of which are nutrients that humans get from fish, and flaxseeds can be added to breakfast cereals or eaten with milk or even water.
soybean
It is rich in folic acid, magnesium, potassium and vitamin K, in addition to containing a high percentage of omega-6, which helps prevent infections in the body.
