Less than a week after Will Smith slapped Oscar 2022 host Chris Rock, the same thing happened again in a junior tennis match in Ghana.
15-year-old Frenchman Michael Kwame slapped his French opponent, Raphael Nei Angra, after his match in the first round of the Junior World Tennis Federation Championship in Ghana, who managed to defeat him.

A video clip published by the Spanish sports newspaper “Marca” showed Kwame slapping his denial strongly as the players approached each other to salute after the end of the match, amid the audience’s astonishment.
According to the Spanish newspaper, a quarrel erupted between the audience after Kwame slapped his denier.
The slap in the tennis match recalled what star Will Smith, who won the best actor Oscar for his role in “King Richard”, did after slapping the host of the 2022 Oscars, Chris Rock.
Smith later announced in a statement that he had decided to resign from the Academy, writing in the statement published by the specialist magazine Variety: “The list of people I have injured is long and includes Chris, his family, many of my dear friends and loved ones, all who were present and the global audiences at home.”
“I am resigning from my membership in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and will accept any consequences the Board of Directors deems appropriate,” the actor added.
