A mysterious body or a secret weapon?.. A strange cloud over a mountain raises controversy

The formation of a strange cloud over Mount Lazy in the US state of Alaska sparked a great deal of controversy, while observers wondered whether it was related to a plane crash, a raw object or a secret Russian weapon.

And the British newspaper, “Daily Mail”, said that many videos and pictures spread on social sites, showing a mysterious cloud over Mount “LAZY”, which led to state officials entering the line and starting the investigation.

One commentator stated: “We saw this thing on our way to school. It looks like a meteor,” while another asked, “Could it be a secret Russian weapon in conjunction with the Ukraine war?”

After reports emerged that the plane might crash into the mountain, Alaska State Police said in a statement: “There have been no reports of a plane crashing there.”
A helicopter rescue team also carried out a reconnaissance mission around the mountain, and nothing suspicious was found.

Later, Alaska officials provided an explanation for the cloud, saying: “Investigations revealed that a commercial jet was flying over that area, moments before the photos and videos were taken.”

And they added: “The plane was contacted and reported that there were no problems, and it is on its way to John F. Kennedy Airport in New York.”
