A firefighter rescued a cat stuck on a mobile phone signaling tower, according to a video clip circulated by Indian media.
In the video, a man who was identified by the Indian Express newspaper as a firefighter appears climbing a 9-meter-high communications tower to rescue a cat stuck at the top.

According to the newspaper, firefighter Chandrakent Anandas responded to a report from the residents of Pune, western India, stating that the cat was at the top of the high tower.
After two unsuccessful attempts to catch the cat, Anandas finally managed to reach it, put it in a basket and then lower it. The cat’s owner has thanked Anandas for saving the pet, describing what he did as a “heroic act”.
