With regard to the reasons for her escape, she was convicted of 12 months in prison, on the grounds of following them up for a misdemeanor of fraud, after she seized the victim’s money, worth 600 million centimes.

In the details of the case, the victim filed an official complaint against the young woman, Khaira, against the background of the latter threatening her to publish her photos on social networking sites “Facebook” after the victim requested the recovery of the money she owed, estimated at 600 million centimes.

The complainant stated that she contacted the well-known singer, with whom she has a friendly relationship, in order to ask her to return the amount of debt she owed from her, only to be surprised by her reaction, as she refused to return the money and attacked her with obscene words through the “Messenger” application.

During the court session, the accused tried to deny the actions attributed to her on the pretext that she did not seize the victim’s money, but rather sold it a set of gold sets, but the victim proved the opposite with the documents she submitted to the judge, claiming in her defense for material compensation of 1.2 billion centimes for material damage. And the moral that befallen her.
