A severe cold wave recently crossed the Turkish capital, Ankara, and covered the famous “Kogulu Park”, known for its fountains, which turned into huge ice blocks, due to the significant drop in temperatures.
The fountains in the park usually operate all year round, despite the drop in temperatures, but the bitter cold this time turned the waters of the parks and fountains into ice blocks.
