American reports revealed that Apple has turned its attention to manufacturing the first fully self-driving car, after it had previously focused on developing the first electric car bearing its trademark.

The reports added that “Apple” was developing a plan to launch its self-driving car from 5 to 7 years, but has now settled on offering it in 2025, that is, after only 4 years, according to the American “Bloomberg” agency.
And the agency added in its report that during that time period, Apple should have completed much of its “core work” on the self-driving car processor.

And sources told Bloomberg that the project manager at Apple, Kevin Lynch, aspires to drive the first self-driving car for the test.

Regarding the features of the first self-driving car designed by Apple, the inventor of the “iPhone” smartphone, the sources suggested that its interior design will be “ideal”, starting with containing lounge-like seats for passengers, and an information and entertainment system with a touch screen in the middle, while There is no steering wheel or pedals.

It is noteworthy that fully self-driving cars face many challenges, most notably the difficulty of predicting traffic and weather problems such as falling snow.
