A Russian nutritionist talked about the benefits of dark chocolate and what it can offer the body if it is eaten permanently.
In an interview with “Sputnik”, expert Yana Grishina advised to include this type of chocolate in the daily diet.
Noting that this type of chocolate contains at least 55% of natural cocoa, while milk contains only 25-35%.
She continued, “Dark chocolate has less sugar and a lot more antioxidants, and we get most of our calories from dark chocolate from fat, not from carbohydrates, like milk. Dark chocolate is an excellent source of iron, magnesium, copper, manganese, and minerals.” Others, besides that, contribute to improving mood.”
