Gigi Hadid responds for the first time to the news of her separation from Zayn Malik after assaulting her mother

American model (of Palestinian origin), Gigi Hadid, issued a statement to respond for the first time to the news of her separation from her boyfriend, singer Zain Malik, after he was accused of assaulting her mother.

And the media spokesperson for Gigi Hadid, 26, said in a statement, Thursday, that she is currently focusing on herself and her one-year-old daughter, Khai, from Zain Malik.
He said, “Gigi Hadid is only focusing on what is best for Khai and is asking for privacy at this time.”

For his part, Zayn Malik, 28, denied today, Friday, his assault on Yolanda Hadid, Gigi Hadid’s mother.

The former singer of the “One Direction” group confirmed to TMZ that his beating of Yolanda Hadid was “false allegations,” as he put it.

Malik said in a statement obtained by the American website: “I strongly deny beating Yolanda Hadid, and for the sake of my daughter I refuse to give any further details, and I hope Yolanda Hadid will reconsider her false allegations, and move towards addressing these family issues in private.”

In a tweet to him via his official account on Twitter, yesterday, Thursday, Zayn Malik wrote to his followers that he “agrees not to object to the allegations arising from an altercation between him and a member of the Gigi Hadid family.”

He continued, noting that despite his efforts to return his girlfriend to a quiet family environment that would allow him to participate in their daughter’s upbringing in the way she deserved, what had happened had been “leaked” to the press.

TMZ reported that Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik’s relationship has ended.

It is noteworthy that Zayn Malik has been dating Gigi Hadid since 2015, and they had their daughter Khai last year.
