Kim Telephone had bought his iPhone 12 from an authorized Apple dealer in Vietnam in October 2020, and he has an Apple warranty that expires in October 2022.
Kim told the American “Business Insider” website that when he returned to America during the Corona virus epidemic, he was having a problem making a phone read the American “SIM” card, which made him contact Apple about the problem and asked him to bring the phone to a store. local Apple.
Kim added that when he brought his phone to the store and the company sent it to the repair depot, they returned it to him after a while and told him that they would not repair the phone because it had been tampered with.
