Satellites capture strange images of unique gravitational waves above La Palma volcano

Satellites have detected a strange scene from space of gravitational waves in the sky caused by the continuous eruption of lava from the crater of the Camper Vieja volcano on the Spanish island of La Palma.

Satellites captured images of moments spotted at the top of the volcano from space, as lava erupted from the ground, accompanied by plumes of thick smoke that rose in the sky, forming an exciting scene of waves that were said to be caused by gravitational waves.

According to the article published in the scientific journal “scitechdaily”, a column of ash rose from the crater of the volcano towards space and formed these rings.

According to the Toulouse Volcanic Ash Advisory Center, the column reached a height of 3 kilometers on October 4, which posed a danger to aircraft in the region.

The wonderful scenes of the strange waves produced by the smoke plumes were captured by NASA’s “Aqua” satellite, where the strange ripples that formed unique circular rings appear in space.
