A shooting took place at Perm State University, Russia, today, Monday, September 20.
According to the university’s press center, the students and teachers closed the doors on themselves inside the classrooms.
And the university’s press service said in a statement that 4 people were injured after an unknown gunman opened fire on the university campus.

The statement stated: “At approximately 11 am, an unknown person entered the university campus with a weapon and started shooting, causing 4 injuries. All city and university agencies are on alert, please be careful.”
The service added that all classes at the university have been completed.
In a statement, the Russian Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of the attacker, noting that there were injuries and casualties.
