The British magazine “Time Out” published a list of the best cities in the world, which includes Moscow.

About 27 thousand people participated in the survey and people named the cities that, in their opinion, could deserve the title of “best”.
The Russian capital, as noted in the study, has become a dynamic place with museums, fine restaurants, and unusual modern architecture.

Additionally, survey participants assessed the city’s cultural dimension, despite the lack of a “soul of the community” due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“The Moscow metro is one of the most beautiful and most efficient public transport in Europe,” the study says.

Earlier, Moscow improved its position in the international rankings of cities by cost of living.

In addition, Moscow ranked third on the Boston Consulting Group’s list, among the 16 most populous cities, after New York and London.
