Scientists determine the date and method of the sun’s death and the stage of humanity’s departure

A group of scientists has made predictions for the way the sun will die, the center of our solar system and the source of light that the Earth is blessed with, and they have determined the timing and stages that our sun will go through before it goes out and leaves forever.

An international team consisting of a large group of astronomers conducted an in-depth study of the history and condition of the sun in 2018, and found that the planetary nebula in the solar system (a planetary nebula is a cloud made up of hydrogen gas, dust and plasma) is in fact nothing but the solar corpse at one stage development, according to expectations.
The end of the sun, according to scientists’ estimates, is less than expected

Our sun is about 4.6 billion years old, as it was formed at about the same time as the rest of the planets, and astronomers expect that it will reach the end of its life in about another 10 billion years.

But until our sun reaches its end, it will pass through several stages, which the solar system will witness within 5 billion years, when the sun will turn into a red giant. Its basic mass shrinks towards the center of the star, but its outer layers will expand and reach the orbit of Mars and engulf the Earth in the process, if our planet is present at that time, according to the scientific magazine “sciencealert”.
Where will the humans be at that time? Scientists confirm the “bitter” truth!

According to scientific sources, there is one thing that most scientists confirm, is that humans at that time, will not witness these events, simply because, they will not exist, as research indicates that “there is only a billion years left for humanity unless we find a way to get away from this rock.” Blue (Earth). This is because the brightness of the sun increases by about 10% every billion years,” meaning that our planet will not be habitable at that time.

According to the sources, the high rate of solar brightness will end all life on the planet, and our blue oceans will turn into dead, barren places, and their surface will be too hot for water to form.

When does the sun turn “giant red”?

A 2018 study used computer modeling to determine when this phenomenon will occur by comparing it with 90% of the cases of other stars that have experienced this phenomenon, where our Sun is likely to shrink from a red giant to a white dwarf and then end as a planetary nebula.

“When a star dies, it ejects a mass of gas and dust, known as the atmosphere, into space,” said astrophysicist Albert Zelstra, from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, one of the authors of the new research paper published in the scientific journal “Nature”. The envelope is about half the star’s mass, and this reveals the star’s core, which ignites it (making it inflamed) until it runs out of fuel, then extinguishes before it finally dies.”
The end is closer than expected

“In this case, the hot core makes the ejected envelope shine brightly for about 10,000 years, which is a short period in astronomy. This makes nebulae visible, but the star itself (or the sun) is too weak to be seen.”

Computer modeling conducted in 2018 yielded some important data, as it showed that the Sun is approaching the minimum mass of a star that can produce a visible nebula.

Research has pointed out that any star with a mass less than 1.1 times the mass of the sun will not produce a visible nebula. Very close, contrary to expectations.
