The doctor warned against eating ready-made chili as an alternative to pepper because of the salt added to it, pointing out that red pepper contains many useful components such as capsaicin, fats, carbohydrates, amino acids, minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin C, which is multicolored and multicolored.
