British study expects London to sink within 10 years

A study conducted by the British Climate Center predicted that a number of British cities, including the capital, London, would drown within 10 years from now.

And the British newspaper, “Mirror”, reported that experts from the British Climate Center expected that the cities that overlook the River Thames would be inundated within 10 years.
Scientists came to these results after drawing a map that predicts the flooding of the British Thames River due to the rise in the water level, as a result of the melting of the Arctic icebergs as a result of continued global warming and global climate change.

The map predicted that London would be one of the cities most affected by the rise in the water level, especially in its south, where the water floods all areas whose lands are not distinguished by the height of the Thames River, in addition to the rise in the river level due to melting ice.

Earlier, researchers at the University of Cambridge and the UK Met Office discovered that climate change caused by human vital activity will significantly affect volcanic eruptions.

Scientists confirmed that the dissipation of the impact of small and medium-sized volcanic eruptions is possible by 75%, according to an article published in the journal Nature Communications.

Climate change is accelerating the transport of volcanic material in the form of sulfate from the subtropics to the higher SSTs latitudes.
