The 3-man rescue team is seen on a rescue boat heading to a person lying on the edge of the Arkansas River, a tributary of the Mississippi River, in the United States of America.
When the rescue team arrived at the person, he rose to speak to them, and they discovered that there was a false report of a dead person in this place.
Although the person resorted to recreation in this place due to the low water level, the official authorities warn of the danger of such actions.
