A Muslim girl with an exceptional memory memorized the Qur’an in 93 days

Erim Ashkin, 15, who lives in Konya, Turkey, has memorized the entire Qur’an by heart in 3 months.

Irim memorized the Qur’an in this short time, in the courses that she decided to attend to learn how to read the Bible, according to what was mentioned by the “Islam” website.

Erim said, “Since my teacher saw that I could do this, she started giving me intensive Quran memorization assignments, increasing the assignments from 1 to 5 pages at first, then from 5 to 7, and from 7 to 10 pages. When I realized I had done my homework without Errors, the number of my daily memorization pages increased to 15 pages.

She added, “My parents were very happy, and so am I. When I finished my studies, I cried with happiness.”

Her teacher, Myas Kerb, said Ashkin first studied in a regular classroom, then moved to a Quran class.

Kirb was amazed at Erim’s ability to memorize and said, “Since such a memory is so rare, people find it hard to believe at first,” and emphasized that such a feat usually takes several years.
