Videos widely published on social media have documented a catastrophic moment when festival-goers in Michigan, America, were forced to rush to prevent the fall of a wild game while passengers were on board, last Thursday night.
The accident occurred at the National Cherry Blossom Festival in Traverse City, witnesses say, and several people have posted videos showing a “Magic Carpet” game – which features a row of seats attached to a large swinging pendulum – suddenly starting to swing back and forth, CB S News”.

Arnold Amusements, which operates Magic Carpet, said on its website that the game lifts people 50 feet (more than 15 meters) into the air.
While watching the videos, several people can be heard screaming as the pads that hold the platform to the ground suddenly seem to be loosened.
The entire platform began to tilt back and forth as the passengers continued to swing, while a person sitting on it jumped away from the toy.
