American Levi Garrett lost over 100kg and revealed his inspiring success story during an interview on the YouTube channel Truly.

Garrett says the problem with his weight started at school age, where he was “very humble and introverted” and did not like to be in any big company of friends, nor to deal with strangers.
Meanwhile, he had to “strain” his feelings, keeping them in him, while this condition persisted during puberty. At the age of thirty-two, he weighed approximately 185 kilograms.

“I passed out once at work,” says Garrett. “I had severe chest pain, and the next day I went to the hospital, where they measured my blood pressure. I had a heart attack.”

From that moment on, Garrett made a crucial decision to radically change his life. For 3 years, he adhered to a strict diet, went to the gym almost every day, and in this period managed to lose weight by 104 kg.

Now, Garrett has 3,900 calories in his daily diet, has become interested in bodybuilding, weighs about 90 kg, and regularly participates in bodybuilding competitions, while spending an hour and a half in the gym 6 days a week.

Garrett noted that even if he was tired or in a bad mood when he went to the gym, he would never come back in a bad mood from it.
