A group of researchers has discovered a technical defect in iPhone phones that can disable Wi-Fi networks in those phones.
The report, published on the specialized technical website “The Verge”, indicated that this defect is related to the names of certain “Wi-Fi” networks bearing percentage symbols (%) in their names.

And as soon as you try to enter via the iPhone on any Wi-Fi network that has the % symbol, the iPhone or any other device running the iOS operating system will not be able to access the network and the Wi-Fi services in it will be permanently disabled.
The American company, “Apple” acknowledged this defect in the “iPhone” phones, and promised to release an update to the “iOS” operating system that solves this problem.
And when “Apple” launches its update for “iPhone” phones, experts advise not to access a network where there is a % symbol, at all, to avoid permanently interrupting the “Wi-Fi” service on their phones.
