Rising Russian Lyudmila Samsonova won the first title of her professional career by winning the Berlin German Tennis Championship on Sunday, at the expense of Swiss Belinda Bencic.
The 23-year-old Russian was able to settle the final match for her benefit in two sets to one, by: 1-6, 6-1, 6-3 in one hour and 37 minutes.
