After he committed a horrific crime, a Spanish court punished the “mother’s killer”

The Spanish judiciary issued a ruling against a young man who committed a horrific crime that was not limited to killing his mother only, but also extended to mutilating her body by cutting it into a thousand pieces and eating it with his dog.
This was reported by the British “Daily Mail” newspaper, noting that a Spanish court had sentenced the young man, Alberto Gomez, 28, to 15 years in prison, after he was found guilty in the case of which he was accused and arrested in 2019.

The newspaper says that Gomez killed his 68-year-old mother, Maria Soledad, cut her body into a thousand pieces and put them in the refrigerator for him and his dog to eat piece by piece, according to the description of the newspaper, which published the details of that horrific crime.

The crime took place in one of the areas of the Spanish capital, Madrid, and was arrested after its discovery in February 2019 to be brought to trial, after investigators found parts of the mother’s body placed in plastic bags inside the refrigerator and outside the house.

It is reported that the court rejected the allegations of the killer, who tried to convince her that he was suffering from a mental disorder when he committed the heinous crime against his mother.

The killer also claimed that he heard a voice message, whose source he did not know, when he was watching television saying to him, “Kill your mother.”
