Gantz discusses at the White House confronting “Iranian aggression” and strengthening the “coalition of moderates”

The Iran file topped the agenda of the meeting that Israeli Foreign Minister Benny Gantz held in Washington on Thursday with US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.

Gantz wrote on his Twitter account, following the meeting at the White House, that he discussed with Sullivan “the need to enhance regional stability by stopping Iranian aggression in conjunction with the consolidation of the coalition of moderates and the protection of Israel’s military superiority.”

Sullivan, for his part, did not comment on the meeting.

Gantz, who arrived in Washington earlier in the day, is expected to hold negotiations during this visit with the US Secretary of State and Defense, Anthony Blinken and Lloyd Austin.
