Putin inaugurates a factory for the production of luxury Russian “Urus” cars

Russian President Vladimir Putin, via a televised bridge, launched on Monday in the Russian Republic of Tatarstan the serial production of luxury Russian cars of the “Urus Senat” brand.
The first “Urus Senat” cars are scheduled to be delivered in June 2021, and the price of one car starts from 18 million rubles (about 245 thousand dollars).

During the inauguration ceremony, future projects for the production of “Urus” cars were announced. The design of a new updated version of “Urus Senat” was started, which is scheduled to be ready in 2024.

The car “Urus Senat” is now sold only in Moscow, but it is planned to open sales centers in the cities of Sochi, Kazan and Yekaterinburg, and it is also planned to launch sales in China and Western Europe.
