Cassie Young, 23, traveled 5,953 miles from Los Angeles, California, to Seoul, to remove the old love lock that she and her former footsteps had tied to a popular tourist attraction.

Young published a video clip of her trip through her Tik Tok account, and her trip video received more than 8 million views on the app.

Young traveled to the top of N Seoul Tower, known as the “Namsan” Tower, where the ramparts are overflowing with colorful locks, similar to the Pont des Arts in Paris.

The bridges of love locks are spread in a number of capitals, imitating the “Pont des Arts” in the French capital, Paris, and lovers love to leave a lock on it to be a beautiful memory for the future. Cassie did not reveal the identity of her ex-fiancé or the reason for their separation, but it took 30 minutes to find the desired lock.
