Cars engulfed by flood waters in Texas

Flooding stopped traffic in the US state of Texas on Wednesday.

The video, photographed by Matt Adkins, shows 7 cars submerged in flood waters. It is noteworthy that the police warned drivers last Wednesday morning of flooding in the area of the city of Abilene. The average rain in one day in Texas was 8.2 cm.
