The Israeli “Yediot Aharonot” website, citing sources, stated that the fire broke out near Ben Gurion Airport, as some houses near the airport were evacuated.
According to the site, the fire spread to the parking lot next to the airport, and fire engines rushed to the place.
The Israeli authorities indicated that no casualties were recorded, and that the losses were limited to material.
