The prosecution in charge of terrorism cases receives the investigation of the stabbing case of the policewoman in Paris

The Anti-Terrorism Department, affiliated to the Prosecutor General’s Office, has received the investigation into the attack on a policewoman in the town of Rambouillet in the Paris region, according to what French “BFMTV” channel reported.

This Friday afternoon, a man with a knife attacked a policewoman at Rambouillet police station.

A French policewoman was killed after a stabbing attack with a white weapon today, Friday, in the town of Rombouillet, southwest of the capital, Paris.

The French “BFM” channel, quoting its own sources, reported that “a policewoman was killed in the police directorate of the town of Rombouillet after being stabbed with a knife by an assailant, the motives of his assault are not yet known.”

The channel said that the police managed to liquidate the aggressor after they shot him, while Interior Minister Gerald Darmanan went to the scene of the attack to inspect the conditions.
