The organizers of this year’s Oscar Film Awards, which will be held on Sunday, April 25, announced that it will take place for the first time from inside a train station in downtown Los Angeles, which includes a stunning Art Deco building.
But the organizers did not disclose clearly the details of the ceremony, which will be attended by limited numbers and will be shown by the ABC network in a live broadcast, according to USA Today.
They pointed out that “it will contain a tone of optimism and send a message of love to the film industry, which is facing difficulties after a year in which cinemas were closed and dozens of important films were suspended.”
“We are here to support the cause of the importance of cinema,” said Stacy Sher, one of 3 organizers of the Oscars.
