Best Car of 2021 revealed

The jury at the World Auto Awards ranked the Volkswagen AD4 Hatchback as the Best Car of 2021.

The results of the voting were published on the competition website (worldcarawards).

The organizers wrote on the competition page on Twitter, “I offer you Volkswagen’s congratulations on this huge victory. Only the third electric car (in the history of the competition) won this prestigious award!”

The two main competitors for “Volkswagen” were “Toyota Yaris” and “Honda E” electric, and the winner scored 798 points, compared to 732 and 742 points for his rivals.

Nevertheless, the Honda E won the title of “Best City Car 2021”.

The “Porsche 911 Turbo” was named “Best Performance”, “Mercedes Benz” S-Class was named “Most Luxurious”, and the Land Rover Defender won the “Best Design” award.

In 2020, the Kia Telluride becomes the best car according to the World Auto Awards.
