A video clip of a policeman killing a young Hispanic in Chicago, USA, sparked a wave of reaction.
The mayor of Chicago described the scenes as “unbearable,” calling for calm.
The city authorities released a recording showing a policeman killing a 13-year-old minor, and the video clip was recorded from a camera placed on the policeman’s head.
The video clip showed the moment the policeman was chasing the boy, to order him to stop and raise his hands high, so the policeman would shoot him.
This is the video CPD should have played at a news conference with some explanation of what happened and what policies exists and what the laws and essentially breaking it down to the level of a 5 year old.

A prosecutor confirmed that Adam Toledo was armed, but that no weapon could be seen in the video. Chicago Mayor Laurie Lightfoot described these scenes, in a press conference Thursday before their publication, as “unbearable,” calling on residents to remain calm at a time of heightened tension over police violence in the country.
The lawyer for the Toledo family told reporters, “Whether Adam was a boy serving in the church or was involved in bad activity, the reality is that he was walking in the street and was killed without being armed” when he was killed.
It is reported that the teenager was killed on March 29 at around 02:30 am, according to what was reported by “Euro News”.
