Study: A new secret to feeling hungry all the time

A new study reveals a new secret behind feeling hungry all the time.
The study, published by the British newspaper “Daily Mail”, citing the journal Nature Metabolism, indicated that “people who suffer from low blood sugar levels after eating end up feeling hungry, and thus eat hundreds of calories more than others.” .

Researchers from King’s College London collected data on blood sugar levels and other health indicators from 1070 people who ate a regular breakfast and other meals.

The researchers found that the decrease in blood sugar levels after eating is the reason why some people suffer from problems with body weight, even when following diets that control calories.

The results of the study indicated that people, who suffered from a significant decrease in blood sugar levels, were 9% more hungry and ate their next meal about half an hour before others.

The researchers say that a deeper understanding of the metabolism of each individual person is essential, especially when it comes to planning a diet aimed at improving health.
