American Shakary Richardson won first place, yesterday, Saturday, in the 100 meters race at the silver meeting of the Continental Tour of World Athletics in Florida, after recording a time of 10.72 seconds.
Richardson, 21, is the ninth fastest time in the history of the famous race at the Miramar International Championship. In this way, she became the sixth fastest female runner in history in the 100 meters, according to the American “Watch Athletics” website.
“My coach will be proud but he will say I still have more work to do, and I agree with him, it will be incredibly seasonal,” Richardson said.

Richardson entered the world’s ten fastest women’s club, at the age of 19, and ranked ninth, on par with fellow countrywoman Kieron Stewart, when she scored 10.75 seconds in the 100-meter race in the US college championship in 2018.
