Security expert, Dave Walker, said, “Mark Zuckerberg, as well as the co-founder of Facebook, Chris Hughes, and Dustin Moskowitz, were among the people who were hacked and their personal data was published.”

Facebook rejected the leaked data, describing it as “very old,” and a spokesperson for the social platform said that this data was reported in 2019, “We discovered this problem and fixed it in August of the same year.”

The leaked data includes phone numbers, IDs, full names, locations, dates of birth, resumes, and in some cases email addresses, explaining that the information is freely available on the hacking forum, making it accessible to anyone with primary data skills.
