The Egyptian heroine explained that the tournament competitions in which she participated in it depends on the implementation of many movements, speed, strength and skill, by lifting weights on platforms and pulling a truck, then throwing tree trunks at a height of 3 meters, then carrying weights and running with them and turning over heavy car tires and all these movements Primarily, it relies on very high physical strength.

Eman Hijab noted that the practice of this kind of violent sport did not affect the private life of her family, stressing that playing sports is very important for any woman.
