Singer Maneja decorates her suit with fabrics that symbolize the various peoples of Russia

The mother of the singer Manega, who will represent Russia in the “Eurovision” competition, said that she will sew the costumes that her daughter will wear in the musical contest from scraps of fabrics expressing the various peoples of Russia.

This came from the mother of the singer, Najiba Usmanova, in an interview she gave to the first Russian TV channel, which had nominated Manega to participate in the “Eurovision” European music competition.

She explained that different regions of Russia are currently sending her daughter scraps of their women’s fashion. The first samples of fabrics were received from the republics of the North Caucasus.

Nevertheless, a deputy in the State Duma (Russian parliament) and a well-known actress, Yelena Drabiko, called for Manega to be banned from performing under the Russian flag.

She is not influenced by the Manega song “Russian Woman”, adding that the singer does not belong to the best Russian singers.

It is reported that, Maneja Sangin, is a singer of Russian-Tajik origin. She became famous after publishing her emotional songs on social networks.

The singer became a goodwill ambassador for refugee affairs, representing Russia at the United Nations.

It is worth noting that the competition “Eurovision – 2021” will be held on May 18-22 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Artists, actresses and orchestras from 41 countries participate in it.
