Scientists have come to the conclusion in the context of a new study, that eating yogurt and other fermented dairy products leads to lowering high blood pressure.
According to the authors of the work, these products support the intestinal microbiome in a normal state, which has a beneficial effect on the condition of the body as a whole and the level of blood pressure.
According to TV Zvezda, this effect is provided by the content of probiotics, bioactive peptides and exogenous sugars in fermented dairy products.
Experts at the Center for Food Research and Development in the Mexican state of Sonora found that yogurt, kefir, yogurt, yoghurt, and filmjulek, a traditional Swedish product of fermented milk, were most beneficial for cardiovascular disease.
According to the scientists, the results of the study should be taken into account by food manufacturers and involved in the manufacture of fermented dairy products designed to correct the state of the intestinal microbiome and lower blood pressure.
