Close the rape case against the famous director Luc Besson

Mediapart reported that an investigator in France has closed the rape case against famous director Luc Besson.

The site wrote that the investigator informed the actress, supported Wan Roy, who accused Besson of raping her, to close the case.

The actress’s lawyer expressed his surprise at this decision, noting that the investigator did not make any contact with his client, nor did a confrontation take place between his client and the accused, nor did he listen to the main witnesses.

In 2018, the actress, Sand Wan Roy, filed a lawsuit against director Luc Besson for rape. The 27-year-old actress said that the accident occurred in the “Bristol” Hotel in Paris. After 9 months of investigation, the Public Prosecutor of Paris rejected the actress’s claim due to the inability of the investigation to confirm the accusations directed against the director. But the case resumed in October 2019.
