A British woman went to her mother’s grave … it was a “thunderbolt surprise.”

Recently, a young British woman said that she was subjected to a “lightning strike” when she went to visit the grave of her deceased mother, and found that workers from the municipality had placed an old waste container over it, without any regard for the sanctity of the remains or the place.

And Shannon Bryan, 20, said she experienced this horrible thing at “Alfteron” Cemetery in Derby Shire, on Tuesday.

She added that she saw a container full of dirt and some dirty things over the grave, which damaged a number of accessories that were placed over the grave.

Shannon’s mother, Catherine O’Brien, passed away by suicide in November 2019, at the age of forty.

According to the British newspaper “Mirror”, the mother was suffering from a disease known as bilateral disorder, which is a severe fluctuation in mood and psychological state.

Shannon denounced dealing with her mother’s grave in this way, describing it as “terrifying,” and then added that the workers could have placed the cart in many other places inside the cemetery.

The young British woman contacted the municipal authorities to find a solution to the problem, and she filed a complaint, then was told that the vehicle would be removed, next Wednesday.

The young woman says that she is upset by the authorities’ response, because she did not show any interest in the damage to the grave, and stressed the need not to repeat this matter in the future.
