The Armenian president refuses to sign the prime minister’s order to dismiss the Army Chief of Staff

Armenian President Armen Sarkissian announced his refusal to sign the order of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to dismiss the army chief.

According to a statement on the official website of the presidency, the Armenian president refused to dismiss the Chief of Staff of the Army Onik Gasparyan, due to the unconstitutionality of the procedure.
