With investments amounting to 11 billion riyals … Saudi Crown Prince launches “Al Souda Development” company

The Saudi Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, announced the launch of the “Al Souda Development” company, with investments amounting to 11 billion riyals, in line with the strategy of the Public Investment Fund in achieving the goals of the “Kingdom 2030” vision.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the company aims to invest in the infrastructure in the Souda region and parts of the Saudi “Rijal Al-Maa” province, and to develop it as a mountain tourism destination that offers various residential and entertainment options, with the aim of attracting two million visitors annually by 2030.

The company is working on developing 2,700 hotel rooms and 1,300 housing units, developing the tourism and entertainment sectors with more than 30 quality projects, and creating 8,000 direct and indirect job opportunities by 2030.
