A first lieutenant in the police in the eastern city of Kemerovo made a marriage proposal to his sweetheart, who works as an investigator at the same police station, during a morning work meeting on February 14th, and the girl answered him with the word “yes”.

“Russia Today” TV showed a clip of the lieutenant sneaking behind the policewoman to surprise her with a wedding ring and some roses that express this happy moment, which comes on Valentine’s Day.
