Assault on the Moroccan ambassador and his wife in Burkina Faso

Rabat – “Al-Quds Al-Arabi”: According to media sources in Burkina Faso, the ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco in Ouagadougou, Youssef Al-Salawi, was attacked Thursday / Friday night by an attacker who was on a motorcycle.
She added that a 36-year-old man was shot dead in Ouagadougou after the attack on the Moroccan ambassador and his wife.

The attacker, according to the same sources, is a professional robbery, and he previously attacked employees of international organizations.
Burkianian media, including the local news agency, reported that the Moroccan diplomat, who was shot in the head, was taken to hospital without the injury posing a threat to his life, while his wife was shot in the foot by two bullets, which is also reported by Moroccan news sites.
