Saudi Arabia welcomes Biden’s statement about his commitment to cooperation to counter the threats against it

Today, Thursday, Saudi Arabia welcomed the contents of US President Joe Biden’s speech regarding Washington’s commitment to support Saudi Arabia in defending its sovereignty and addressing the dangers it faces.

The Kingdom also affirmed its position in support of reaching a comprehensive political solution to the Yemeni crisis, and welcomes the United States’ emphasis on the importance of supporting diplomatic efforts to solve the Yemeni crisis, according to a statement by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The statement added, “The Kingdom looks forward to working with the Biden administration and with the American envoy to Yemen, Mr. Tim Lenderking, the United Nations and all Yemeni parties and the coalition countries in order to reach a comprehensive political solution in Yemen.”
