In his last speech before moving from Delaware to Washington, where he will be inaugurated as president on Wednesday, US President-elect Joe Biden said in a press conference: “We are going through a difficult period of time that is going to return to public service.” He sent a message of thanks to his supporters, saying, “Our journey to Washington began in Delaware.”
