Katie Holmes wears nearly identical denim look two days in a row

Katie Holmes is proving to be a creature of habit when it comes to her wardrobe.

On Wednesday the 42-year-old Dawson’s Creek actress was spotted in a nearly identical denim outfit she wore on Tuesday, as she strolled through NYC with boyfriend Emilio Vitolo Jr., 33.

Feeling the Canadian tuxedo look this week, Holmes walked arm and arm with her restaurateur beau – who has gotten the seal of approval from Katie’s friends – as she switched up her sneakers for a bit of variety.

Sporting a multi-wash denim blazer that looked to be made from upcycled pairs of jeans, Katie flexed her downtown style.

She matched the jacket with a pair of bootcut jeans and threw on a pair of metallic sneakers.

Holmes went makeup free for the outing and kept her brown hair tied back in a low ponytail.

The Emilio’s Ballato chef kept it classic in a black wool coat and a pair of black jeans with stylish black boots, and they both wore matching face masks.

The couple of five months have been spending a lot of time with each other as of late, with Vitolo even making the relationship Instagram official on her birthday.

Merging their circles in recent months, Emilio has gotten the seal of approval from her daughter Suri, 14, and reportedly ‘adores’ her, and Holmes has been spotted dining at his Italian restaurant with Vitolo’s father.

A source told ET on Tuesday that she has even introduced him to her circle of friends and they are ‘obsessed with him.’

Though it was initially reported that those close to her had ‘some concern’ about the seriousness of the relationship, it seems Vitolo has started to win her friends and family over.

Bringing her actor-chef beau to an outdoor dinner on the Upper East side recently, she was able to introduce her new love to her friends, as he received high marks all around.

Reportedly her friends think he is ‘the most charismatic man she’s ever been with.’

‘He’s so funny and confident and gets along with everyone. Best of all, he is so attentive and affectionate towards Katie,’ the insider shared.

The relationship started off on precarious terms as Vitolo was engaged at the time photos of he and the Batman Begins actress kissing surfaced, prompting him to end the engagement via text.

‘Instead of a few dates over an extended period of time, they were able to have a month’s worth of dates in a matter of days,’ which only strengthened their bond.
